Something we hear often is that SwingNumber’s flash can also be used as a mental swing trigger. For example, one user was explaining that they had been working on fully loading into their left leg after impact, promoting a proper finish where the body is “looking” at the target. They noted that it was useful to use the flashing number as a way to trigger that thought and subsequent action at exactly the right time.
